BODYWORK—Arvigo® Massage Therapy
Arvigo® Therapy is founded on the ancient Maya technique of abdominal massage which is an
external non-invasive manipulation that repositions internal organs that have shifted, thereby
restricting the flow of blood, lymph, nerve and chi. A session includes: a comprehensive review of
past and present healthcare needs focusing on reproductive and digestive health. Upper and
lower abdominal treatment to: align reproductive and abdominal organs to optimal posi-
tion, Improve circulation to organs and Promote vital circulation flow to support the body’s inher-
ent healing ability. Evaluation of and application of bodywork to improve alignment of spine, hips,
and sacrum. Instruction in "home self-care" massage

restorative massage for body/mind. Her mission is to bring awareness, kindness & compassion to
the body & belly and to tap into its aliveness & the wisdom it holds. Laurie is a certified ARVIGO®
educator/practitioner, and a Registered Bach Flower Practitioner. Empowering each of us in tak-
ing care of our own health, Laurie offers classes on both ARVIGO® Abdominal Therapy and the
Bach Flower system
